Sick and tired

It's 1 in the morning once again wrestling the bed can't sleep adrenaline surges I'm guessing is what's going on palps feel like I can't breathe right and have that automatically needing to swallow thing still going on, everytime I try to doze off I'm woken with adrenaline feeling hard to describe kinda like the excitement without the excitement or a feeling of doom heart will stop. This is so not anything I've ever experienced with anxiety can anyone relate? Ive always had anxiety but would be heart racing, hyperventilating, nausea fear panic then subside this is not self induced and it's constantly.

There is no routine to anxiety and it thrives off fear

Sounds like anxiety. Panic attacks are a sensory overload type of thing so they can happen whenever they want. It is a mal function so not self inflicted. But can be somewhat managed by you over ridding the anxiety with certain methods and tricks. Have you learned how to properly belly breathe? Shallow breathing will only cause more issues. Deep belly breathing needed. You can grab  a straw or keep them by your bedside and when you in hale belly needs to expand and exhale belly flatten. The straw will train you on slower breathing. That how they teach children by the way but it is a great way for anyone to learn.  Keep a log of foods you eat as well and how you feel. Processed foods, caffiene they cause issues too. I know what your feeling, its common with anxious people but im unsure how to prevent it. I have had that. I had that last two nights for some reason. I do breathing and put on podcasts to side track my brain. I just noticed when i eat clean less anxiety happens on the whole so just keep that in mind. I am trying to get back on the clean diet, i dont know why its hard lately.
