Sick for 3 years with no answers

Hello, I'm a 16 year old girl who 3 years ago got sick. I ate a bit too much one night and got acid reflux right up to my throat. After 3 days of suffering I seen a doctor who gave me medication for an infected throat. I recovered so much, but not fully. To this day I still have something stuck in my upper stomach (I'm assuming acid?) and a heavy head which makes me panic and not be able to live my life. I've had an endoscopy, colonoscopy, breathing test, ct scan, x-rays, and multiple blood tests with no trace of anything wrong. I cannot eat very much or I will feel full and or vomit. No one knows what's wrong with me and just said it's in my head. I'm very depressed and cannot live my life, if anyone out there has something similar or knows what it is please let me know!! Thank you

I had similar symptoms, and I truly think a large part of them were caused by stress. The GERD is real, but it is drastically aggregated by stress. Unfortunately, it is a very viscous and hard cycle to break. What worked for me was first accepting the fact that it's stress related, and that nothing else was wrong with me. I went to the Mayo Clinic, and the doctor told me the same thing. He looked at me, said I was healthy, and needed to get my anxiety under control.
#1 manage stress. Read, exercise, meditate, take yoga class, volunteer to help others, join a social group (church, etc.). My faith was a big factor in helping me. Get lots of sleep. Stop reading about things you could have. My stress was so bad, I developed insomnia, various neuropathy symptoms, i couldn't think straight, developed some OCD things, etc. It is very important to get your stress in check...., it slowly destroys your body. Your stomach is your 2nd brain. Eating is required to live, and your brain is tied closer to your digestive system than you think.
#2 eat very healthy. Get rid of all processed foods. Eat veggies (cooked or streamed for easier digestion). Follow low FODMAPS or Paleo diet. Stay away from sodas, coffee, sweets, fatty meats, etc.
#3 measure success by weeks or months. This is not going to be fixed overnight, or next week. You need to accept that, and measure your success week to week,or even month to month.
It took almost a year, but I am now sleeping well, most OCD is gone, most neuropathy is gone, and GERD is finally manageable. Stress nearly destroyed me....
I understand you're young, and it will be even more difficult for you, since you have less experience facing life's stress. If you don't see small progress in a month or so, then continue to work with doctors.

Well first of all you are fine "inside" I'm reffering to the test results. Were you perhaps checked for gluten and lactose, try low carb diet, eliminate certain foods go to a strict diet for 2 weeks and see if you feel better...
