Sick of being sick

Hi everyone hope your all ok and doing well . Sorry I've not been on here much . Been so busy . To be honest I've not been too good lately AGAIN keep getting headaches I can't get rid of and pain all over was of wrk last week for one day due to headaches and sickness . But also I've had not energy to even sit and type messages or reply to ppl conversations on any social media site my fingers have hurt me too so I'm not being rude to anyone I'm just so eaushted and felt so ill lately . I'm sure the stress of christmas has bought it on more and I would even say That I have anything to be stressed at I tried to explained to my husband while we was out yesterday shopping that even the packed roads to drive on are working me up . I don't know if I'm the only one but I really hate this time.of year and having to go out shopping or even driving as it's so packed and I don't cope with it . Don't get me wrong i love Christmas but the ammount of ppl on the roads and in shops seem to get to me . Well I wish you all very merry pain free Christmas and all the best for the new year . A lot of folk feel the pressure of Xmas, for a myrid of different reasons. Your not on your own.
Sorry to hear you haven't been to well. Again your not on your own. I've spoken with a few folk, like myself in the usual to higher pain bracket, nausea and fatigue. I have no reprieve or down time away from Fibro now, it's a constant thing. And the Tinnitus to, drive one near insane. I know of some folk here in NZ who are still able to work a few hours, one full time, and the other like myself now unemployed due to the extent of our Fibro.
Take care of yourself and do try to remain as stress free or 'stimuli' free to ward off the Flares.. Seems the more often and more agressive the Flares get, overall our condition worsens. So do take things very, very easy!! Even at work. Don't over do things to cause a flare. I know of course it doesn't take much to 'load and build' on the stress or stimuli, but be mindful.
I hope you improve quickly tiggers and are able to have an enjoyable, wonderful and happy Xmas season and a Fantastic entry into the New Year! I hope and wish for all things positive for you..

Have you tried CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) This has helped me with my day to day life and how to deal with stress. It has made me more of a confident person too.
Dealing with one day and moment at a time is the way forward. Have you considered trying herbal remedies. Message me privately if you want to know more about this.
