5 weeks and 2 days in on a new dose of 75 mg. Some days I still feel a little foggy headed/spacey with a slight headache? Are side effects like that supposed to last this long? Seems if I don't get enough sleep this is when it happens, so maybe I'm just tired and overthinking!

honestly dont worry x from what I've see about sertraline they will disappear anywhere between 4-8 weeks x I'm 6weeks in and still getting side effects x

Try not to over think your health concerns or the medications you are taking. The dose ,is given to help control your illness and hopefully the dose of medication will be reduced once more, at this time they may be tanking you up to get you more relaxed in yourself.
It is very important you give your medication time to work, initial side affects will reduce given time, that is why I say do not over think your medication dose or side effects at this time.
