Side effects?

I started 10mg in August for anxiety. About 3-4 weeks later, I started with burning and pins and needle sensations in my upper and lower extremities. In early November, I noticed muscle twitches-spasms throughout my body, including my face. I have seen my primary, an endocrinologist and 2 neurologists and they have checked me for auto immune, MS, ALS, thyroid, etc. All is normal. The only thing we can think of is that this is possibly related. Any one experience side effects like this?
