Hi everyone

I have had a terrible few days, I am so desperate for this tablet to kick in. I have not slept at all last night and can't stop the adjitation. I don't know what to do with myself. I'd just like to sit and relax but there is no hope of that at all.

Last night, in desperation, I took 2mg of diazepam but to be honest it didnt do a thing.

Hi Liz, though it says it could take several weeks to kick in i felt a subtle difference at the end of day one.I'm now on day 6 and still adjusting to it. Try and be patient with it which i know is easier said than done. Keep the daytime stress levels down but keep yourself occupied doing things you like, if that means taking some time off then so be it.

Try and give the tablets a month, if you become too desperate then i'm sure the doc can give you something for the stress (thats a LOL)

    Stay strong.x

So sorry to hear how distressed you are. Have you tried EFT.  It has helped me to calm the agitation. Look it up on the Internet and give it a try. If you persevere with the tapping it does help.
