After some severe depression I decided it's time to go back on Lexapro (generic) I weaned off about 9 mos ago. This time in the first 4 days, I am terribly nauseous, loss of appetite, just want to lay in bed with heating pad. I took 10mgs in the morning. Last dose yesterday morning, still sick to my stomach today. Haven't taken a dose today. Common experience? I'm not sure I can continue.

Hi Betsy. I wonder if it would help if you took it at night? I've always done better with taking mine at bedtime. Sometimes if I wake in the night I'll feel a little sick, but not nearly as bad as when I tried taking it in the morning. I hope you get some relief soon.

Did you find anything to relieve the nausea besides a heating pad. I'm so uncomfortable. Tonight I'm just taking 5mg.
