Side effects every other day

I've already posted but I have another question: while adjusting to HRT has anyone experienced severe panic and anxiety on one day then felt pretty much fine the next, only to 'crash' again the following day? Yesterday I felt much more like myself than I had in a few weeks, not a single panic attack and ginally got my appetite back, and now I've been feeling inconsolable again since this morning. I did notice this crazy 'see-sawing' the last time I adjusted to a new dose and wondered if it's happened to anyone else?

    try patches. I'm on Everal patches and have no problems.

      I am on patches lol (Estradot while they last)! Am wondering if there's something wrong with me...

      Did you experience the 'up and down' thing on the gel?

      ìts 21 years ago I started in HRT yes I did have a bit of depression on the first one, I can't remember which one it was. They put me on Everel and if been ok ever since.

    I'm on estradot and provera get most of the side effects from the provera moods achy legs only started 3 months ago getting coil in January hope it's better...
