Side effects/new issues post surgery

Hello All~ my hope is this message finds more positive results than negative for everyone postoperatively. My concerns are regarding symptoms/ side effects postoperatively. In September 2020 i had surgical implantation of the Nevro Senza SCS. Implantation was at the bottom of my rib cage, so as to benefit treatment of BLE CRPS(Chromic Reoccuring Sympathetic Pain Disorder) of my legs, and long standing horizontal lower back pain. The hope was to relieve pain and thus improve the overall quality of my life. Initially the pain/discomfort of implantation~especially where the battery pack is located~at my mid right upper back-was a challenge. Managing post operative pain~as result of the procedure, was with ongoing oral pain meds and ice to the surgical site. Unfortunately while recovering my battery pack has flipped 45+ degrees~thus instead of flesh against my back, it sticks out. It is and has made me self conscious of the area, and more careful as to not bump or apply any pressure to the site. Within the last month or so I have had a new onset of dull headaches. Darker room, meds, and consistently not allowing the battery charge to drop below 75% , are all ways I have used to manage the recent problems. Has anyone else had this happen? If so what has helped? Does/had it subside on its own? What have you or you MD/device rep/company done? Is the success or just management? Thank you in advance for your help.

Have your dr do an xray to confirm if any part if the leads or device has migrated. i have had 3 migrations and revisions both leads and device. hat you are reporting sounds very much like a migration issue. some patients who suffer rejection also have those complaints. dont wait as the migration can get worse if not addressed.. speaking from experience. hope they can help you.
