I've just started 20mgs for anxiety but feeling terrible nauseous & not with it! Wonder if I should just take 10mgs as I have had this before a long while ago. Does anyone know if you able to cut the tablet in half ?

when did you start taking them? I personally think thats too high to start on...i started on 10mg on December 18th and after 10 weeks on that increased to 20mg and ive been on that just short of 6 weeks - ive got the side effects again with increasing bur just trying to ride through it! Cut your tablet in half if you can x

maybe start on 10mg first just to see how you feel. it is normal to feel the way you do when first starting. you might only need 10mg and not need 20mg as some people only need a little.
everything you experience for the next few weeks is gonna be anxiety or side effects. it does pass so stick with it x

You can cut it in half but if you stick with 20mg these side effects should wear off after a while x
