Side effects of Sotalol and Bisoprolol

I was on atenolol for four years to control A/F But when admitted to hospital last year with heart rate of 140bpm I was told NHS do not reccoment Atenolol now for A/F So have been put on first Sotalol then BISOPROLOL When taking both I have been feeling very tired and not myself with the odd Dizzy spell Has anyone else had similar problems and what did they swap to to overcome the problems ? As I said before I had no big problems when taking atenolol ??

    Try just adjusting the dosage (down).

    I've used atenolol and found it helpful. Just how different any other beta blocker might be, for this particular application, I can't say, but I'd be a little dubious.

    I find a really tiny dose of atenolol is about all I can tolerate or need, usually just half a single 25mg pill per day, but sometimes have needed more. There may be a lot more individual sensitivity to dosage than most doctors or pharmacists seem to worry about.
