I have been prescribed Vagifem pessaries by my GP for vaginal dryness. I am now into my forth week and this morning I have woken up with a pain in my right shoulder blade, chronic stomach cramps & bloating and the feeling of nausea. Does anyone know if this is a side effect of this type of medication.
Love to hear from anyone else who has suffered in this way

Not that I'm aware of. The absorption is primarily local although I'm sure a small amount can get into the bloodstream. I'm not diagnosing anything but your symptoms sound more like it could be your gallbladder, especially with the right shoulder pain and the gastric upset.
