I was exactly the same when I started, I've been taking 10mg every morning since November. These side affects will surpass hopefully in a few weeks, stick with it. Good luck

just to reassure you that this is perfectly normal, you need persistence and perseverance with these drugs. Morning anxiety was the first thing to come and the last to leave. i found that i had to put up with high anxiety for at least six weeks and it took six months to be anxiety free.

i have been off meds now for two and a half years , but still get mild anxiety from time to time but needed the meds to learn how to deal with the anxiety. There are various strategies around to help but the most important one is to stop fearing it as it is only energy which needs an outlet. You need to accept the horrible feelings and live alongside them. The more you fight it the worse it becomes!

Just go with it,and eventually it will pass.
