Side effects withdrawal

So woke up with different effects or withdrawal what ever it is when you slowly come off sertraline feel sick chest pain and a tiny bit diarrhoea this all normal ?

    I tried to come of Sertraline 150mg after four months. I tapered down and stopped at the end March. After 9 weeks my symptoms were really bad so I am now back on 50mg. 

    The withdrawal symptoms are variable but sickness, upset tummy, insomnia, headaches etc are all part of it.

    It is better to taper slowly and take the same amount of the tablet every day. 

    There is a book the antidepressant solution which talks about withdrawal. 

    It has a checklist of symptoms.
