Side pain with urination

Hello! I'm a 22 year old female who has been dealing with side pain and a little back pain whenever my bladder is full and whenever I urinate for the past week. The pain worsens when I stand up or lay on my back. Sitting is most comfortable. I have no burning senstation or anything. I am married and have had the same sexual partner for the past 4 years, so STDs are out of the question. I have been more tired recently. I just don't know what's up and don't know if I should be worried.

    Always first port of call is the Doctor if you are worried. If you have not had the pain before and it is not going away go to your GP. All the best.
