    The right urologist will solve.

For 13 years I spewed clots, countless ERs, hospital stays after four incomplete procedures by separate uros.

This 5th one took photos before n after showing the poor job those others did, and they're still practicing.

How old are you cantor? Maybe you have prostatitis. Get a sample of semen and have it checked for bacteria.

I have been dealing with debilitating symptoms of prostatitis for almost two and a half years now to the point I can't work, am on disability, and moved back home. Prostatitis symptoms can range from mild to so severe that they affect every aspect of your life and they compare the quality of life to someone with very serious disorders. Some men go as far as completely removing the prostate in hopes of getting some help. I am getting really frustrated and wouldn't mind if they take my prostate and even bladder out because my urination is so dysfunctional and my pain is so extreme. If your symptoms are so intense and bothersome and you can't work, then you are justified in doing so. I can't survive on disability for the rest of my life though, so I have to do something soon tot try and get over this as I have tried almost everything. Just be persistent with this and try to find the best treatment as soon as possible. I have heard of people travelling to different countries even for help with things such as specialized antibiotic injections into the prostate. I refuse to believe that I have to live like this the rest of my life and that there isn't an answer here. There is an answer as many people have completely recovered. They say they don't know what causes CPPS and I honestly believe that they don't care. They write tens of thousands of papers on prostate cancer so these old men can keep their damn useless erections. Meanwhile only a few are written of prostatitis. Urologists just see it as a nuisance. They don't realize how much we are suffering and to what great lengths we are willing to go to find some relief from this horrible condition. My symptoms started with an infection and now that the bacteria does not come out, although it has again and tried antibiotics again to no avail they are trying all these useless treatments. I think CPPS really starts out as an infection where your prostate blows up and then hits all your muscles and nerves in your pelvic floor causing pain in all sorts of areas including your entire pelvis, rectum, and perineum mostly. Then you deal with frequent urination even after you finish the oral antibiotics because they cannot reach the prostate completely as it has a hard outer shell and inside is a lot of fatty tissue where the bacteria thrive setting up colonies and protective biofilm. I think they should just do away with oral antibiotics and just go straight to the area with injections. Then they waste your time with physical therapy that I have done extensively for months which doesn't provide any lasting relief. Who wants to do all these stretches every day along with internal stretching seemingly forever. I'm not giving up though I have become completely hopeless at times. Sometimes the doctors will just try to send you away with alpha blockers that don't do a damn thing either. You don't have to live with this the rest of your life and accept your symptoms. I am willing to go to great lengths to be relieved of this and I hope you do the same because obviously you want to return to work and living your life without these nagging symptoms. Message me if you want to talk. It feels as though men with chronic prostatitis are just left to suffer as we try everything possible to try and get past this. It shouldn't be that way and more research should be done on this. There is an answer, but there is not a lot of money in treating this condition as prostate cancer and BPH is easier to deal with and more profitable with so many different procedures and options available. The same should be true about prostatitis. I would prefer any other condition to prostatitis because it affects your basic functions such as urination and erections. Two areas that can completely screw with a man's mind. Take care of yourself and don't give in to this.
