Significant weight gain after UFE

Hi,

Had UFE November 2021. Gained weight almost right away. 10 months later I'm still 20 pounds heavier, despite being a whole foods vegan who works out intensely 4x week. I went from lean and fit to bloated and chubby in my belly, arms, and inner thighs. My lifestyle if anything is better than it was pre-procedure. Still showing signs of fibroids degenerating (discharge, etc.) so it makes sense I might still be showing symptoms (if this weight gain is a symptom). Anyone else have rapid and otherwise unexplained weight gain that saw things eventually turn around? I'm starting to get really down about not getting back in my clothes.
