Silent reflux or something more sinister? Anxiety is starting to skyrocket.

2 months ago i noticed these orange like marks on the back of my throat, sometimes accompanied with the need to clear my throat. No cough, no pain, and no trouble swallowing. Since then the marks have definitely darkened and spread a little, and i have the sensation of a lump in my throat (right under the adams apple). Has anyone else had this? I've been told it could be silent reflux but 4 days into taking Esomeprazole and no let up in symptoms.image

    My throat looks the same. It is caused by irritation, usually from post-nasal drip. I don't have any problems with stomach, so it can't be Gerd/ reflux. I have not found solution so far. Let me know if you do.
