Silent stroke

i had my mri for headaches come back turns out i have a cyst on brain and also damage from a previous stroke i didnt know id had a stroke and i dont have symptoms of a stroke either really worried can anyone help in regards to what the next steps would be if its going to happen again how dangerous etc im only 32 currently tryin to cut the fags im down from 20 to 10 now i really need to stop my bp / cholesterol is fine i dont have diabetes

    Do you suffer from migraines?

    Do you have a family history of blood clots or strokes in younger people?

    I dont know if you're in the UK, but you

    should be referred to a stroke specialist for review to see if you have risk factors other than high BP and cholesterol or diabetes.

    Who arranged the MRI for the headaches?

    Smoking puts you more at risk of stroke. Now that you are down to 10, quit it completely. Focus on meditating or breathing techniques that keep you calm. And don’t miss that appointment to see a neurologist.
