Silver/white areas in urethra. Sore and burning.

I've got silvery/white slightly raised areas inside my urethra. Constant burning/soreness which gets worse after but not during urination.

What I've had done:

  1. STD swab, blood and urine tests. All negative. There's no discharge or weeping which is why the swab could be negative. Unprotected oral sex 12 months prior to test. Symptoms only appeared 6 months later but I didn't look down urethra until recently. So not sure how long the sores have been present.
  2. Multiple UTI urine tests. All negative.
  3. Cystoscopy done by a urologist. All normal but they checked lower down shaft, prostate and bladder. The tip sores the urologist said get STD tested or see a Dermatologist.

I've got a booking in 2 weeks to see a Dermatologist.

Has has anyone had this before or know what it could be?

Update. I went to see the Dermatologist who is a specialist in penile issues. He ended up only quickly looking and just saying that's normal. I was expecting more from him. Hopefully it gets better with time. Seems like my only hope.

to be honest mate, it looks normal.

if it's an std It should be more obvious.

always use a thick condom. the slim ones break while in action.
