Similar group in the US?

I was wondering if there is a support group in the United States.  Has anyone heard of one? I'm not seeing one when i do a google search.  Thanks.

    I am from the US. The only other group I was able to find was a yahoo group but I find it a little bit harder to search discussions.

      I found the yahoo group but was unable to join, I will try again.  This site is very good, no complaints, just wondered if there was anything in the states.
