Similarities

I am trying to work out what is causing my Costo. If you have experienced Costo, can you tell me if you have any of the following:

1.) low vitamin D or do not get out in the sun a lot.

2.) sit at the computer quite a lot during the day or have a more sedentary lifestyle.

3.) strained or pulled any muscles in the chest or back from injury.

4.) have any kind of gall bladder issues.

Thanks you to anyone who replies. I do feel that there are definite causes and similarities.

      Mine is quite similar too.

I know that lack of vitamin D can weaken the bones so it makes sense that Costo started in us that not only sit alot but also are lacking in Vitamin D.

The trick is now to reverse it.
