out of nowhere i started getting chest pains accompanied with my left arm feeling weird and from time to time i was feeling pain there aswell, the pain is sometimes crushing and other times sharp it is on the center and left side of my left chest and sometimes even gets on the shoulder, i went for heart examination, had my blood checked, went to a neurologist and had my organs checked (i dont really remember how it was called) and the results came in normal my doctor told me not to worry and that was 4 months ago right now it is really frustrating to not be able to sleep at all and have pain that can stay for 2-3 hours every time, what annoys me is that just because i am 18 people even doctors take it for granted that nothing bad will happen to me and so they just say it will go but it is gotten worse and i just want someone to tell me if he knows what i can do more to find out what it is because it is frustrating to not know what i am suffering from thanks you and excuse me for my english.

Well, let me first off by saying this and I do not mean this in a bad way. You are only eighteen years old and it would be extremely rare for someone of your age to be having a heart attack or anything really serious. Lets first understand the anatomy of the chest. We have the heart, lungs, nerves everywhere in the chest, esophagus, trachea all within the chest cavity. You say the pain feels like a crushing pain which usually is an indication of heart related pain but you have gotten your heart checked and everything came back normal so I would say it is safe to say that your pain is not caused by your heart. I'm firm in believing that you are fixated on your heart being the cause of your pain which is giving you the psychosomatic symptoms that accompanies heart pain and I am also assuming you have googled your pain and read up on all symptoms associated with the heart which has also driven your anxiety and bit higher.
It's actually really and I mean really common for many people to come into the hospital for chest pain and majority of the time it's not related to the heart at all. Firstly I would look into your family history and make sure no one under the age of 40 had any real heart issues and if they did then I would notify the cardiologist of this so he can run tests. Remember though just because something runs in the family does not mean you will inherit it or get it. You are just at an increased risk which we should always change our lifestyles at that point. But anyway going back to the pain. at your age I would actually look into your lungs and even the stomach rather then the heart after it has been ruled out. Depending of what you eat daily you can have acid reflux or GERD which is a very common symptom of chest pain. I would set up an appointment with a gastro doctor to determine if your symptoms could be due to acid reflux because now a days acid reflux is becoming a lot more common due to the products being put into our foods today. Also if acid reflux is ruled out then I would look into the lungs and make sure you don't have any infection if your lungs and after that I would also look into your ribs and possibly see if you have a condition called costochondritis which is simply the cartilage is inflamed within your ribs and this can cause chest pain as well. Like I said before I highly doubt you have any form of heart issues but you can always seek out a cardiologist and get an echocardiogram done with will show the heart and the structures within the heart and how well it is functioning so it can help calm you down a bit more. The test is simple by just using a ultra sound that shows a picture of the heart and how it is functioning and moving. Painless test but at your age I don't see a point in it unless you have had people in your family with heart defects.
Hopefully what I have written has helped you and gave you a clearer mind. At your age I would much rather see you enjoying life, working out, hanging out with friends and figuring out what you want to do in the near future. Don't fixate on your health too much or it will lead to depression and isolation from the world. Its okay to make sure your taking care of yourself but don't wake up everyday worrying that something is wrong when I guarantee your as healthy as any eighteen will ever be!!!
