Hello everyone! I'm a full time proffessional singer from Philippines and I really everyone's help & opinion here because I'm starting to get depressed with this Lpr reflux. Will singing nightly worsen my Lpr? Will it create lump on my nodules? I'm currently medicating with omeprazole 40mg and drinking alkaline water but seems like nothings changed. I can't leave singing coz this is my job. Please help :-(

I'm over weight & have this silent reflux, been taking omeprazole started with one now taking 3 but doc did give me ranitidine 150g which I take at night seems to help. I still cough in the night but not as bad as before.

I was takin nexium for mine, but got off due to side effects, so now I drink 2 tsp. Apple cider vinegar ( organic) with 1/2 cup water..I do it in the morning. It really does seem to help. I also avoid acidic foods...I truly don't believe singing will hurt..
