Hi, Nizan! I'm not a dermatologist, but I think your little spot looks a bit like a solar leucoderma or hipomelanose gutata, some small white spots that appear over the years on exposed areas of the skin, especially arms and legs.
These spots appear due to aging of the skin caused by sun exposure over the years and can appear even after many years that you have stopped exposing yourself to the sun.
This is just my speculation, which is why I would tell you to see your dermatologist so that you can get the correct diagnosis and an effective treatment.
