Singles port laparoscop ici surgery fibroid

HELLO ,i study in china and i have discovered that i have a sub- uterine fibroid outside the uterus. I went to a hospital in china and they can perform single port laparoscopy i want to do it here ,BECAUSE in my home country hospitals do not perform such advanced surgeries like laparoscopy . do you advice me to do it in this host country ? SORRY to ask this question here. MAYBE it is a little bit out of topic ,But i did not find help elsewhere . i'm lost i appreciate any advice from you . thank you in advance .
