I have cronic sinus, my ears are pluged when my sinus flares in winter. I've tried everything, there is only one over the counter drug that works for me with no side effects, it's called CVS Non-Drying Sinus PE Maximum Strength. I can't live without it when my snus flares. It's the only thing that works.

Oreganol p73 search it on the net. Its alternative. Just be sure its not TMJ a dentist or maxillary surgeon would know. Tmj would do that too. The jaw muscles from clenching or bruzosm would inflate blocking the eistachisn tube and dizzy or even vertgio can happen. the answer have a soft mouth gaurd made, custom and use it whilst you sleep. Take about ten days for muscle to calm down amd if it stops you found the problem. If its sinus and the do tor has not helpred u can try oreganol p73 or actully get a virologist to take a sample of the mucos and tell you what it is.
