Sinus CT for phantom smells

went to my doctor a few weeks ago because I was occasionally having phantom smells of something burning. she thought it could possibly be from a sinus infection because my nose is stuffed up and I have postnasal drip. She gave me an antibiotic and a nasal spray which haven’t helped. I’m scheduled for a nasal CT scan tomorrow and I am terrified because when I looked up the symptoms online it said brain tumor. Has anyone else experienced yes? I also have severe anxiety which is making this much worse to deal with.
