ive had a headache for almost a week now with pressure in the temple area. Also with left sided chhek soreness and left ear hurts with pain. My eyes felt like they were swollen but didnt look like it. My nose discharge is clear. Atimes I am nauseated and lightheaded. Is this sinus infection or what?
