Sinus Pressure After Nasal Cautery

After having open heart surgery and being put on blood thinners, I developed recurrent nosebleeds. In past 4 months, I've had a total of 5 vessels cauterized on right side of my nose. Im grateful no more nosebleeds so far. However, now when I lay down I get sinus pressure like there's water up my nose or a sinus infection. Has anyone else had this and is it because of having multiple vessels closed off?
