Sinus problems dragging on since head cold.

I've had problems with my sinuses before. I have summer allergies and sometimes my sinuses just generally suck. A few months back I had a bad head cold which lasted about 7-10 days. After it went away I had problems develop with my sinuses that are different than usual. At first I thought maybe I got an infection from the head cold, but I have no fever, swelling or bad mucus coming out. It's been about 1.5 months now and it's still there. It's not so much pain, mostly just pressure behind and under my eyes and nose that comes and goes, but at points can get pretty intense. Sometimes it feels raw or I'll get a bit of a headache and kind of a nauseating feeling in my head, occasional dizzy spells, stuffy feeling in nose and throat and post natal drip. Is it possible that this is just some sinusitis? Cause I read that it can last up to 12 weeks, And it's been about 7 weeks now give or take. Like I said I've always had bad sinuses, Maybe that head cold just messed them up more? I've been using this "nesipot" occasionally to drain my sinuses and quite a bit of mucus comes out sometimes but it's mostly clear. The pot has been helping and I feel alot more cleared up after using it. Maybe I should try using it more? I also went to a doctor and he couldn't find anything, figured it was just my sinuses being s****y as usual, and I was thinking of going again but I really don't wanna have to take antibiotics. If there's anything else anyone can recommend to remedy this specific problem any help is appreciated thanks.

    Hi riley

I just answered this problem for someone here, so I will repeat it for you.

It is quite evident that you have an allergy problem that will benefit from taking Evening Primrose Oil.

I suffered from hayfever, rhinitis and sinusitis for my whole life, until I discovered this miracle cure. I was treated by many specialists and tested every known treatment for this problem, but it persisted and I had to take drugs daily to partly relieve the problem.

At age 65 I discovered Evening Primrose Oil and it overcame the problem completely.

Try taking one 1000mg capsule of Evening Primrose Oil daily for a few weeks and see if it is the answer to your problems also. It works in about 4 hours and is effective for a further 24 hours, so one capsule daily is normally adequate.

It is important to avoid obvious irritants such as cigarette smoke and MSG, and any known factors. This condition is very serious and it will become chronic unless treated with respect.

Try this treatment and see if you benefit from it as I did.

    Regards Ray.
