Sinus Tract

what a journey i have been on i had follictitis in the groin and labia/ vulva i got a deep cyst and doctors told be it was a bartholins they would not listen to me so they removed the bartholins gland but i continued to complain of pain after months of running around i finally have a answer I have HS and have a painful sinus tract under the skin. Been to see a derm and gyne today and they want to try me on 3 months doxycline will this work to treat the sinus tract.
