Sinusitis, anxiety and TMJ

so my left eye, head, nose and ear feel different.. feels like they are full.. hard to explain.. iv noticed iv been clenching my teeth in my sleep i wake up with a sore head and everything just aches. iv got a sore throat atm but my nose isnt running but feels abit blocked. i havent had headaches just weird head pains sometimes and find it happens when i eat or just randomly happens i darent go to docotrs and get reffered for a brain scan and them tell me theres soemthing wrong my anxiety is sooooo bad .. my mum has also noticed that iv got bags under my eyes and i look drained. she suggested it could be my b12 or iron levels as im tired all the time recently.. im guessing i might be experiencing TMJ problems but not sure if clenching my teeth would give me pains in the top of my head ?? my mums suggested i get blood work done at doctors to find out whats going off but my anxiety is through the roof and i keep thinking the worst of things and thinking iv got an illness, you name it im thinking iv got it. i also take the depo injection and have been bleeding for nearly 3 months quite heavy and wonder if its made me anaemic loosing all that blood. please has anyone experinced any of these symptoms or could help me!!

    How are you feeling now?

    I have only just read your post.

    TMJ would occur if you are constantly clenching your teeth at night, I know because I had exactly the same issue. It will make your head ache too.

    Being anxious will make everything worse thats for sure.

    If you are bleeding quite a bit low iron would also cause many issues too.

    A blood test, if you havent had one already would be a good start.

    For the TMJ they may give you a short course of Diazepam to calm the muscles down.
