Sinusitis - Help !!

hey!

trying to seek advice if possible, ive had an ongoing 'headache' issue since sept last year which started of with just a sharp headache every couple of weeks it progressed to be a nasty headache i went to the doctors and was given multipule sprays - nothing worked.

since then ive had 3x lots of antis with 2/3 week courses at a time and still no better. regardless of how many times ive been in the doctors and in tears with the pain im still told - its classic sinusitus but i dont have the textbook signs - no drip, no stuffy nose just a horrible headache on my forehead to the right.

i steam 3 times a day (which is difficult with 3 kids! ive had a CT as i was going out my mind but all is clear wondering what else i can do, im at the point where the pain is so bad it makes me throw up, im wiped out for the day and i cant move!

any other suggestions would be great!!
