Hi am sorry you are feeling this way. I also have been struggling with what appears to be sinusitis for the past 3 weeks. Headache, sinus congestion , post nasal drip , tired , brain fog but no fever or cough or sore throat. At first i thought it was allergies but My doctor said it was sinusitis so they gave me an antibiotic and prednisone. I do use flonase nasal spray that you can purchase over the counter which helps a great deal . You might want to try Claritin or some allergy medicine and the nasal spray to see if it makes a difference . Hope you feel better soon .
