Hi, just seen that you suffered side effects. I have been on 50mg sertraline for 1 month and now increased to 100mg and 80mg propranolol for just over a week. Was given this for anxiety/depression. I feel so ill, and wondered if it was the side effects , I have bad headaches like migraines/ sinus pain and tinnitus. Just generally feel terrible. Should be going on holiday in 2 weeks time and if I still feel like this don't think I will be going. Sorry to go on but I'm really scared of how I feel and if anyone else felt the same, don't have any energy and no motivation to do anything. Thought I would feel better not worse!

Hi Myra, I'm on exactly the same two meds as you and the same dose. It will get easier smile I feel like s--t most of the time but finding it slightly easier after 9 weeks to cope with work and life but a long long way from where I want to be. Hang in there you will get better X

    Hi Don,

Yes it is normal. I started sertraline about 9 weeks ago and for the first week or so I felt a lot more anxious than normal but it does subside. I know it's horrible but hang in there!

Sorry for late reply Don, it took about two weeks before the intense feelings of anxiety subsided. I still get anxious but not because of the sertraline...
