I am going through the same thing right now.  Back in February I was on Effexor and that was hell.  Then Celexa that was a different kind of hell.  I went off the celexa slowly and didn't take anything for a few weeks but still didn't feel right so gave the Zoloft (sirtaline) a try.  Almost immediately I was feeling pretty good, went from 25 to 37.5 then a couple weeks ago went to 50. Then about 4 days ago I started the weird thinking again.  Going to see my doctor tomorrow hoping he will have some answers.  Wish you well, we are in this together.

Still kind of in a bubble.  I went to my doctor today - that went well.  I am going to start taking 25 mg in the morning then 25 in the evening.  He said this is not normal dosing but it seems that the medication was too strong so splitting it up might help!  I hope so.  How are you doing today?

What dose did you go up to. I was on 50 mgs myself and had good days but there was down days in there. My dr just increased me to 100 mgs today. I been on them since June 18th.

I have been on 50 for about 3 weeks.  37.5 for 2 weeks prior to that.  Started May 25 on 25.  Looking forward to see if my doctor can fix me!!  HaHa!
