    Hi Don

I have been taking 200mg for just over two weeks now.i have been on many anti d's and these seem to follow the same course of improvement. I doubted these were working and changed from nighttime taking to afternoon taking. Today I woke up feeling fairly flat , but as morning has gone on, I am feeling more energetic and level headed, and kinda good. Will know as time goes on if this is here to stay or just a good day . You are always going to get bad days be it on tablets or not, but hopefully these will make the bad days not so end of the world. Good luck and keep us all posted and I will do the same

Hi Don I've been on them for nearly eleven weeks and have the odd day where I don't feel quite as bad. They've helped me sleep better and I'm not waking up as early as often. You just need to stick with it I think and be patient (I know this is hard) and over time they will hopefully kick in and make you improve almost without you realising. Take care and keep posting!

He's increased me from 100mg to 150mg just two days ago. I was starting to feel a little better a couple of weeks ago but have taken a real dip ...feeling extremely low and suicidal so had to something...

Yes ...I've had anxiety issues for at least 15 years and have probably been depressed before but never got help before now. I'm 33 now and this is the worst I've ever been. I think facing things have possibly made everything worse. Never seen meds as a good idea but they have helped with the anxiety.

That's a good idea Don and it sounds like you're making progress so stick with it. I've started cbt with the NHS but my therapist thinks I'll need counselling but is going to keep seeing me until the referral comes through. I've come close to having to go to hospital once or twice recently as thought I was going to kill myself but I'm hanging in there and trying to embrace the good moments and hope I get more of them.
