This will be my 3rd week on Sirtraline tommorow still got anxitey and feel bad in a morning will this ever settle down if so how long will it take

    It settles down however it can come back when over stress is caused it does get better

      I have to agree. I started in march and after starting on a 100mg I was getting somewhere (after 3weeks on it) but then I got all stressed with organising family holidays and I feel dizzy and not with it all over again sad super saddened

      It aint fun being knocked down and if i am being honest i have spent more time on the floor then upright however i get bavk up and try again i hope u can do the same i have had to give up a lot of worrying about stuff i cant fix in life and just go with the flow and try to do my best for my boy and me you may find this wierd but i am beginning to believe its because i wont except their reality and have my own to concentrate on a bit heavy but true

      Iv 2 sons and a young baby this started in pregnancy. I think I'm gonna have to increase again. I feel heavy headed, dizzy , disconnected from everything its so so sad because I love my family so so much but I'm very flat again after a good 2weeks really. I'm plodding along

    I'm kinda in same boat as you with this.

    Hopefully you'll start to notice better days!

    I had a better day yesterday , but seem to be giving me bad stomach pains

    it will get better - it does take a while - I started in Nov 2014 and I would say about 8 weeks but gradually better and better each week and lots of support on here helped me too

      That's good to know!!

      My dr has me on 200mg which to me being e most you can take is very high? He says that when he reviews me if not helping he can then reduce??? I am getting back pains and abdo pains with it at moment which concerns me

      Was in citalopram 39mg. Dr decided sertraline may be better so every four days I reduced citalopram by 10 and added 40mg sertraline then after that up to 200mg. Been on 200 since 29th may

    I do yes - I still have health anxiety but its more under control and I am able to live my life

      Health anxiety is a constant feR or worry that something is medically wrong with yourself , or may have been missed by your own Dr
