Sitting chigong

Hello fellow CFS travellers, I find this meditation invaluable, its called sitting chigong, there is a point about 3 finger spaces below your belly button called the lower dantien, it is also called the well or gate of life, practised regularly , it helps to ground one and increase kidney chi, which in generally makes you feel great, I've decided yo study so I really need yo be doing this to cope now regularly daily,, I do not take any responsibility for it use and earn it may also activate ones Kundalini, which can be challenging, just letting you all know, it is a spiritual practice. So the way to do it is to sit comfortable , but straight, find the point where you will focus your awareness, being approx 3 finger spaces down to belly button, some prole have a little dip there already, for women place your right hand onto it , then left over top, opposite for men , left first , right on top, close eyes and relax , ficus awareness at this point , imagine a small seed there, and breath into it filling your whole lungs , and out again slowly, I actually need to do it with nadi nose breath, so blocking one nostril and using just one then the other, experiment , a few minutes at first is enough, whenever you lose focus , gently bring your focus back to this point! The Well of Life. <3 Guava
