Sitting comfy with Haemorrhoids

It’s  really a long shot for me , but could seating be partly to blame for my Haemorrhoids (if this is the problem)?  I have other health problems which mean I am not as active as I used to be so spend more time sitting in a comfy chair.

My discomfort seems worse when I do rather  than in a firm seat. So wondering if this is why the problem won’t go away even with treatment from my Gp.

    Could also be hereditary.

Mine are. And they worsen when i exercise or lift weights..

My job is walking 8 hrs pretty much on my feet..

They come to haunt many of us for what ever reason.

Right down a list of foods and activity you do daily. Take with u to GP

    Good luck

I have has problems with piles in the past but never as long or as painful as the ones I have now. My mind is working overtime wondering if it something more serious.

I eat a fairly healthy diet, no probs and bleeding going to loo  so can’t understand where the pain and discomfort is coming from..

Hi Taff I would say drink water and eat something with fiber in it also to get some kind of preparation cream. Also see a doctor for them hemorrhoids and yes walk a little and seat on a soft pillow to ease the pain.

The problem is I have been doing those things.  Hopefully I will get some answers when I  see the GP.
