Is it okay to sit up in bed with knees bent after op.

    Good morning ... I asked my PT about the bent knees and she said it was okay to do so ... however (!!), to stretch both legs and keep them stretched is important to lenghten those muscles --- I don't know about you, but the movement of pullin up my legs and stretching them is sort of painful .... seems that the back muscles are shortened and so tight -
