SIX OUTBREAKS IN 3 MONTHS?!

Posted , 10 users are following.

I can’t cope, i’m on my 6th outbreak since my diagnosis in may. How is that even possible? I’ve literally just been a week maximum without any sores, itching etc.

Can someone help,

give me advice on how to stop them.

Is it maybe the time to start using valtrex everyday?

This is so awful, i have not accepted the diagnosis yet either and it makes it hard when I feel like I AM herpes instead of feeling like I just have it and it’s no big deal.

Oh dear! That's a lot of outbreaks in a short time ida and very bad luck. It would definatley be worth getting supressive antivirals. The antivirals wont completely prevent the outbreaks but should make them milder and easier to bear.

The outbreaks will gradually reduce naturally but I think you should take the antivirals for at least 6 months

Hey! I will get an appointment soon at the doctors, so he can put me on suppressives.. it’s so bad I gotta find out my triggers soon

My period is a trigger so i totally get it. I’m on suppressive therapy and it has helped. I also take olive leaf and oregano oil, multi vitamins and tumeric. Seems to be working so far. Ice packs, Motrin and salt baths help with the pain.

hi Bro, i will tell you about my genital HSV which is same as you all (frequency two outbreaks per month) and i am infected since 11 years.. I found a domestic way to prevent outbreaks(OB) and i am sharing that with you here... There is always a trigger which causes OB, that trigger can be physical or due to some diet...

after 5 years of attemps i found my trigger to be CAFFINE (Coffee, tea, pepsi, colored carbonated drinks, energy drinks, chocolates, smoking and anything having caffine).. when i dont take any caffine at all, there is no outbreak... as soon as i take caffine in any form i suffer outbreak... my outbreaks which i had were like one finishing other starting, and my life was like that... only way to protect OB in beginning was to take Acylex antiviral daily...

now i got this permanent solution, no caffine no OB...

you people frequency of OB is same as mine so i feel your trigger is also same as mine, try this, hopefully it will work...

Note:  please when you leave caffine, give your body two weeks and let any ongoing outbreak to finish, thereafter you can expect this remedy to work...  and dont take caffine for a month or two before you come to conclusion that this dont work in your case...

i am telling you people this out of sincerity and i know the misery of this and i dont want others to suffer the way i have suffered....

    Regards..

    ..

Oh my gosh!! I actually have to try this, and I’m pretty sure it will help also because I drink coffee, pepsi max and diet coke all the time which got caffeine in it and I’m even eating healthy so it must probably be it. But so sad to leave that I’m so addicted and it’s sad that herpes has to ruin that! but thank you for your advice I will try it

Really? Me too my triggers are (sun exposure, masturbation, cigarette, too much alcohol and most of all unhealthy lifestyle) Is it  true that it is less severe when time goes by? Is it more frequent on the first year?

I feel bad sometimes about this thing but sometimes I feel like this is the thing that will make our life more healthy than before. I stop smoking and I drink but occasionally unlike before. Life must go on "Sometimes problems don't require a solution to solve them, Instead they require maturity to outgrow them." Thanks bro for the information.

yes brother, you can have family... one year after i got infected with Herpese i got married... initially i used supressive antiviral treatment that was one 500 mg tablet of Acylex antiviral tablet.... then i left that after one year, thereafter i did hit and try to find out my trigger which i eventually found after abt 5 years and that was CAFFINE.... Since then i do not take caffine and i am ok.. but whenever i take one cup of coffee or one Pepsi, i get outbreak..

now i do not take caffine at all and i am passing healthy family life..

make your family life great by reducing or eleminating outbreaks either by using supressive anti viral tablets or removing caffine from life..

      regards

six outbreaks in 3 months are too much, you should think about suppressive therapy with anitviral meds. At the same time, you can apply FDA topical cream called prosurx to boost the healing time and prevent further outbreaks. It's very important to avoid triggers, such as stress, emotional troubles, unhealthy diet. Try to listen to your body and identify what triggers herpes recurrences and avoid them.

I will try this! I haven’t found my triggers yet, but as soon as I find them it will get easier.. problem is I’m anxious all the time so stess is hard to avoid

You should try to think positively. Anxiety only triggers your stress, leading to herpes outbreaks. I know it's uneasy to keep your anxiety at bay, but you need to try. Once you begin to be anxious, let's take a deep breath, think positive things in a day, and avoid thinking anxious things
