Size oestrogen patch

I have gone back to my original hrt combination of oestrogen only patch utrogestan 100 as the femeseven patch never stay on and I feel this one probably better as gynaecologist perscribed after all my tests due to bleeding which were all ok  reason I came off the utrogestan made me tired but to be honest I hadn’t given it enough time being the impatient person I am and it’s the best progesterone. I had scan biopsy check as I have periods every 10 days for the last 8 months . I have to have this type of hrt as 55 and been on hrt since early menopause since 37. My question when I got my patch from consultant the size of a postage stamp brilliant and now I don’t know brand to ask  pharmacist to get for me he doesn’t know and neuter does my GP does any one know please .. also love to know how ppl are down the line on this type combination oestrogen 50 patch utrogestan and a pea size testogel feel amazing on it testogel just bleeding for me and nothing sisnister so I just have to wait for it to calm down .     Hi. I'm on the same combination of Hrt as you. I'm on Evorel 75 oestrogen. That patch is about 2 inches square. I have been cutting a small slice off as I had extreme breast tenderness. Maybe I would be ok with 50. My next appt is May. Previously I was using Evorel Conti combined patches. I had mild spotting every 2 weeks. I changed to the separate Hrt in late December. Since then only 2 x mild spotting for a few days. Couldn't call it a period. 

    I also started using testogel late December, I was nervous and the first tube lasted a month and the second one nearly as long. I was advised to make a tube last 7 -10 days. I think I need to increase the size of my 'pea'! How long does your tube last?  Do you think this give you more energy?

    Interesting you said the Utrogestan made you tired, I'm not sure I'm tired but I feel a bit flat, disinterested in life. Maybe I am tired. Do you take it in the evening?

      yes same as me testogel I use a pea size at night been on 6 months I feel brill on it takes 4 months to feel benefits and I am on 50 patch . Do you take progesterone or do you not have a uterus x

      Hi Joanne, yes I take Utrogestan 100 at night.  I too have had intermittent spotting/bleeding and had all the tests/scans every six months and all ok except sometimes a slightly thickened lining. I have small fibroids too. Looking forward to the extra energy the testogel is promised to give.

      How long does a 50mg tube of testogel last you?

      About a week it last great to talk to you I do worry re spotting even though had all the tests sorry late reply I am on holiday back tomorrow xx

      ps the testogel makes you feel amazing takes a good few months I hope now I am back on the original combination the spotting calms down , also I get abdominal pain and feel bloated but keep fit as I can message you when I am back x
