Sjogren Syndrome and Pilocarpine orally

Has anyone been tested or treated for this?  As well as the usual VA symptoms I also have very dry eyes and this seems to be connected to the VA flare ups.  Just found details on this condition that I havent heard of before and it seems to include vaginal dryness as one of the problems.  Just makes you wonder if you are being treated for the right thing.   

Pilocarpine taken orally seems to have some effect again anyone know of this?

    Count me in for dry eyes, but it seems to be a very common complaint after 60 or so for men and women, Mine started about 3/4 years ago, but I think allergy has a lot to do with it. If I use antihistamine eye drops they work the best. Never heard of the syndrome. I don't have a dry mouth so I guess that's one problem I can cross off the list...for now.
