Sjogrens Syndrome... Or just in my head

Test negative for ANA. Positive for SSB (la) but no other antibodies from what I can see but waiting to see doctor again in couple of weeks.

I have suspected for last couple years I have sjogrens syndrome or maybe lupus. I suffer from dry eyes (bleparitis, Central serous retinopathy), dry mouth (thrush/damaged teeth), dry penis area (balantitis), fatigue (even worse when stressed), constant pain in back of arms.

I am 34 year old male. I love long distance running and what ever is wrong with me is really impacting me mentally this point. I feel like noone believes me and I am constantly tired and it's really frustrating.

I had signs of symptoms for a few years but for a long time I put it down to marathon training. Then a couple years ago I was hospitalised with ischemic colitis which seemed to make the symtoms there before get worse. Scans found inflammation at the time and also a liver hemangioma (which I am not sure means anything).

I read online if you have SS you have to test positive for SSA (RO) and SSB (LA). SSB (LA) alone with negative ANA is not enough? Has anyone else experienced this with results?
