Sjorgen Flare Up?

Hi All.

Im new to this forum but find it really good seeing people share their stories. Recently had a routine blood test as i was suffering with fatigue/aching muscles joints etc. Everything came back normal. GP has now referred me for ESR/ANA blood tests. I am suffering with extreme dry eyes, dry mouth on occasions. Knee, Wrist, Elbow ache/pain, along with burning/tingling hands and feet. i have read peoples posts and have very similar symptoms to what people are describing as Sjorgens. Does anyone have any advice to help the aches etc as this is really starting to affect my mental health. Thanks
