Skin abcesses

I get alot of bacterial infections as I need surgery that's pretty complex, sometimes I get pretty poorly and get skin abcesses mainly on my arms and legs, I'm constantly on antibotics and they dont seem to do alot, I.v works better, picks me up but go down hill again the skin abcesses started disappearing and skin looked like it was nearly back to normal but now its turned to pinky marve circle shape Mark's on my arms. anyone any idea? thanks for any advice
