Skin abcesses and infections. Need advice

I need some advice, I suffer with many bacterial infections due to some complex surgery I am waiting for, I get many and very often I'm put on antibotics that dont really work , sometimes I get really poorly and I get skin abcesses on my arms, they start like a very small pimple and turn into painful abcesses, I mainly get them on my arms and legs, I had a I.v and got given antibotics and they had nearly dissapeared, again I'm feeling poorly again, the abcesses have dissapeared but now I have round pinky, mauve colour Mark's on my arms where the abcesses was circle shape, they arent small , it had turned to normal skin colour and now I have these , anyone know what it is etc? thanks anh advice be great
