hey new to this form so please let me know if I'm doing this wrong, over the past few months iv noticed a small rash form on my right palm and left middle finger that have thee tiniest black specs within them looks like dry skin but filled with tiny orange and black specs I'm wondering if anyone has any idea what this might be I can post pictures if somebody knows how thanks also I'm 25 Male.
